The construction process of waterproof geotextile must be firm, flat, clean, and free of dust, greasy, wax, demoulding agents, and other detritus materials; If the base surface has pores, cracks, and unequal defects, it must be repaired with cement mortar in advance. The extension seam is recommended to paste plastic strips. The node must be added with a non-woven cloth. The pipe mouth filling is recommended to be filled with Leibang pipe mouth grouting material; The yin and Yang angles should be painted in a circular arc(or V-shaped); :: Ensure that the base surface is fully moist but without clear water; The newly poured concrete surface(including the ash surface) should be fully dried before construction.
In the construction, we must first find the ground surface with sand or clay with a smaller diameter, and then lay the geotechnical film. The geotechnical film should not be too tight, the two ends are buried in the soil part is corrugated, and finally on the geotechnical film laid with fine sand or clay a layer of about 10 cm overlayer. Set 20-30 cm block stone(or precast block) as a recoil protection layer. In construction, we should try our best to avoid the stone directly on the geotechnical film, preferably the edge of the film to carry out the construction of the protective layer. The connection of the composite geotechnical film to the surrounding structure should be anchored with expansion bolts and steel plates, and the joint should be coated with emulsified asphalt(2mm thick) to prevent leakage.
The joint treatment of composite geotechnical film is a key process, which directly affects the anti-seepage effect.
The general seams are:
1 Tying: Tying width should be greater than 15cm;
2 hot welding: suitable for slightly thick geotechnical film substrate, weld joint width is not less than 5CM(not recommended glue, long water immersion easy to open glue, poor anti-seepage effect).
Construction of waterproof geotextile:
1. The bottom impermeable geotechnical film(paving specification 300g/0 .5 mm/m2 two membrane PE impervious geotechnical cloth) is laid from downstream to upstream, laying from one bank of the foundation pit to the other bank;
2. The laying order of the impermeable soil film on the side of the foundation pit is from the top to the bottom of the slope; The connection of the geotechnical film adopts the welding method of the geotechnical film solder(welding machine welding two, tying not less than 10cm);
3. Anti-seepage geotechnical film construction procedures: bottom and slope earthwork repair and acceptance qualified → geotechnical film laying, tailoring → alignment, alignment → tying construction → test → repair → inspection → acceptance → 30mm cement mortar.
