It is mainly made of ultra-high strength polypropylene staple fibers and produced by nonwoven technology, featuring functions such as isolation, reinforcement, protection, filtration, drainage and buffering.

The physical and mechanical properties are 2 to 3 times higher than those of conventional products, and the specific gravity of products of the same gram weight is lower. It has excellent acid and alkali resistance, good hot-melt adhesion and strong wear resistance. It is particularly suitable for the sliding layer system of CRTS Ⅱ/Ⅲ type slab ballastless track, reducing the interaction between the track system and the bridge deck.

Polypropylene needle-punched nonwoven geotextile is mainly used for the sliding layer set between the CRTS Ⅱ type slab ballastless track of passenger dedicated lines and Bridges, as well as the separation layer between the CRTS Ⅱ type slab ballastless track and the friction plate. It can also be widely applied in expressways, railways, ports, airports, coastal tidal flats, reclamation, environmental protection and other fields.
